Les Clefs d’Or is a not-for-profit association. We depend on sponsorship from the host city, as well as from other travel industry supporters, both nationally and internationally. Past sponsors have included American Express, Hertz Corporation, American Airlines, New York Times, International Herald Tribune, Ford Motor Company, and Enterprise Holdings, to name a few.

Donations in the form of monetary contributions, F&B event hosting, hotel rooms and raffle prizes are all appreciated. All donations will be acknowledged in our congress program.


  • A curious and appreciative group of culturally diverse travelers and hospitality professionals.
  • A captive audience of concierges who are all in the enviable position of being able to recommend your destination, business, company, and/or product to millions of business and leisure travelers.
  • Favorable publicity from general and travel-specific media outlets (i.e., coverage of past congresses was seen locally and internationally by Reuters Wire Service, Via (AAA’s Western States Magazine), US News and World Report, USA Today, Lodging Today, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, A&E Channel, and International Herald Tribune.


Sponsorship donations are accepted as follows.

  • Bronze Key Partner ($1,500 to $3,499)
  • Silver Key Partner ($3,500 to $6,499)
  • Gold Key Partner ($6,500 to $9,999)
  • Platinum Key Partner ($10,000 to $24,999)
  • Diamond Key Partner ($25,000 to $49,999)
  • Capital Partner ($50,000 and up)

Depending on the partner level, organizations can expect a variety of tangible benefits, such as print advertising, website links, media coverage, signage, the opportunity to present to members, complimentary registration(s), hotel room(s), ticket(s) to Les Clefs d’Or events, etc.
